Opportunity Overview
Based in central London, an established independent planning consultancy is actively seeking a Graduate Town Planner to become part of their dynamic team. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of London projects and comprehensive support for the Associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute (APC) qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of Planning Applications.
- Contribute to the development of feasibility studies.
- Review follow-up work after submissions, including participation in public inquiries and expert witness duties.
- Help prepare proposals and tenders for prospective projects.
- Engage in client meetings as part of project delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should hold an MSc degree in a discipline accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Prior planning experience is desirable but not mandatory.
