About the Role
Biznis Cafe Pvt Ltd is seeking a freshly graduated or soon-to-be graduate Mechanical Engineer to join their team as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. Located in Badli, Delhi, this position offers hands-on exposure to the manufacturing processes involved in creating UPVC and aluminum doors, windows, and glass systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the complete manufacturing workflow for fenestration products.
- Support product development initiatives and contribute to research and development efforts.
- Create and assist with production drawings using AutoCAD; training will be provided if necessary.
- Monitor production quality parameters and work towards minimizing defects.
- Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing procedures to boost efficiency.
- Liaise and coordinate with production, purchasing, and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage quality documentation, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical records.
- Assist in testing new hardware components, profiles, and accessories.
- Adhere strictly to 5S principles and safety regulations within the factory environment.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably a candidate graduating in 2025 or 2026.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles is required.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with problem-solving aptitude.
- Motivated to work within a factory setting and engage actively in learning.
- Effective communication abilities.
Compensation and Growth Opportunities
The role offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹20,000 and ₹45,000, which will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and qualifications. Extensive on-the-job training in various facets of fenestration manufacturing will be provided, including quality assurance, production, process enhancement, and R&D. Successful trainees may advance towards roles such as Quality Engineer, Production Engineer, or Product Development Engineer within the organization.
