They are currently looking for an experienced Generalist for a contract role.

Job Details

Position: Experienced Generalist
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation: $45 to $60 per hour
Work Location: Remote
Weekly Hours: 10 to 25 hours

Key Responsibilities

Craft and assess base prompts spanning generalist topics.
Examine and edit AI-generated answers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and coherence with human logic.
Create multiple versions of prompts and responses varying in length, style, and system prompt settings.
Participate in benchmarking by identifying weak points in AI model outputs.
Develop evaluation rubrics to maintain consistent quality standards across diverse types of content.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience in research, education, writing, editing, or related analytical disciplines.
Ability to explain complex subjects clearly and succinctly.
Strong attention to detail combined with critical thinking abilities.
Comfortable working independently with evolving task instructions.
Familiarity with large language models or AI-assisted writing tools is preferred but not required.
