Role Overview
This role supports Integer Ireland Limited's commitment to quality and lean manufacturing principles, where team members perform versatile tasks beyond the specific duties of the position, contributing to a world-class manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Breakdown Sheets (JBSs) rigorously.
- Accurately complete required documentation processes.
- Perform machine setup and ensure proper care of equipment in assigned job areas.
- Engage actively in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards in production, especially within Cleanroom environments.
- Follow proper gowning procedures diligently.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, uphold high housekeeping standards, and manage chemical controls using the 5S methodology.
- Demonstrate adherence to Integer Ireland Limited's behavioral standards.
Skills and Knowledge
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally and courteously both within and outside the department.
- Strong attention to detail and conscientious work habits.
- Quality-focused mindset with the ability to follow SOPs and maintain thorough documentation.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in PC skills is advantageous.
- Demonstrated punctuality, attendance reliability, and consistent performance.
Physical and Mental Demands
- Physically, the demands are minimal and aligned with typical operator responsibilities.
