About the Role
The General Manager position at CiresiMorek calls for a seasoned leader to spearhead the overall performance, profitability, and long-term strategic expansion of a manufacturing business unit. This key executive role entails full accountability for P&L management and the execution of business goals through disciplined operational practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all facets of the business unit's operations, managing profit and loss and operational outcomes while steering sustainable business growth.
- Implement a results-driven operational framework concentrating on safety, product quality, timely delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous enhancement.
- Initiate and advance strategic projects aimed at boosting productivity, shortening cycle times, and enhancing competitive advantage.
- Collaborate closely with teams in Manufacturing, Materials, Maintenance, and other departments to guarantee superior and efficient operational results.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, ensuring robust succession plans and leadership capability within the team.
- Convert strategic business objectives into concrete operational plans, nurturing a culture oriented toward collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role within manufacturing operations with progressively greater responsibilities.
- Proven track record of full P&L ownership and driving overall business unit success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
- Extensive experience managing complex manufacturing operations with comprehensive cross-functional responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational excellence initiatives.
