Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic General Manager to take charge of one of our busiest venues, Notes Selfridges. This leadership position requires managing all daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the outlet, delivering top-tier customer experiences, and maximizing profitability. You will motivate the team to uphold exceptional quality standards, nurture a welcoming environment, and develop strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Previous management experience at a senior level, particularly as a General Manager, ideally within the hospitality or food & beverage sectors including fast-paced takeaway settings.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for coffee paired with a dedication to superior customer service.

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Full-time permanent role with shifts spanning any 5 days out of 7, covering weekends and evenings.
