General Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee both operational and commercial success at a facility located in Cork. This role demands a focus on outstanding service delivery across sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, Cleanroom, Integrated Control Systems (ICS), and Pest Control. The ideal candidate will be energetic and skilled at implementing strategic initiatives to foster innovation, enhance efficiency, and stimulate growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor diverse teams spanning production, distribution, and customer service disciplines.
• Establish and promote a vigilant Health & Safety environment ensuring unwavering compliance.
• Utilize KPIs and continuous improvement practices to boost performance under robust leadership.
• Contribute significantly to defining and executing the organization's strategic business goals.
• Manage comprehensive operational budgets, profit and loss statements, and planning.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers, upholding high service quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
