GenAI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled GenAI Engineer who will design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions integrated with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. The engineer will work closely with various teams to gather requirements, define objectives, and ensure the scalable and efficient delivery of AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, create, and implement Generative AI solutions integrating with Azure and AWS services.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to understand project goals and technical requirements.
• Conduct ongoing research to remain current with advancements in GenAI technology, including Azure, OpenAI, AWS, and Google AI ecosystems.
• Develop and maintain a robust, scalable codebase supporting AI applications.
• Enhance the performance and accuracy of GenAI models and algorithms.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime of AI applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to improve AI systems.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior engineers.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for GenAI and cloud integrations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience as a GenAI Engineer, especially with Azure and OpenAI integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure Generative AI services is advantageous.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Azure WebApp services, AI services, and Functions.
• Expertise in Large Language Model API integration, AI agent creation, and handling multi-modal AI models.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
• Competence in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within fast-moving environments.
• Experience with AWS services including Amazon ECS, Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, and Bedrock.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud AI offerings such as AI Platform, Cloud Functions, and AutoML is a plus.
• Experience deploying and scaling GenAI applications on Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization via Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and related DevOps tools.
• Participation or contributions to open-source projects focused on GenAI or cloud integrations is preferred.
