About the Role

Join our dynamic team at the new Garden Centre as a full-time Garden Centre Team Member on a fixed-term basis from early September to Christmas Eve. This position involves working 40 hours a week from Tuesday through Saturday in a vibrant, customer-focused environment dedicated to providing exceptional garden products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable plants and gardening products tailored to their needs.
• Maintain healthy, attractive plants through regular watering and care.
• Ensure the Garden Centre remains visually appealing by merchandising and restocking products efficiently.
• Support stock reception and handling processes.
• Deliver knowledgeable and friendly service, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• A passion for plants and gardening; prior plant knowledge is advantageous.
• Thrives in a fast-moving retail setting.
• Strong customer service orientation with enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Dependable, energetic, and enjoys teamwork.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling stock movement duties.
