About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on a variety of gardening products, including indoor plants, fruit trees, seedlings, and garden care solutions.
- Maintain healthy and attractive plant stock, ensuring clean and organized displays.
- Manage receiving, unloading, and stocking of new inventory efficiently.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrate a strong passion for gardening and a readiness to share your horticultural knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit to handle prolonged standing, ladder use, and occasional heavy lifting.
- Exhibit enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and strong team spirit.
- Enjoy engaging with customers and prioritizing excellent service.
- Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing demands.
- Show willingness to continually learn and develop new skills.
