Role Overview
The Game Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless running of global game operations. This position involves managing beta test phases, assisting community and user engagement efforts, coordinating localization activities, and analyzing player feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute tasks related to daily beta testing phases worldwide, including screening tester candidates, distributing test versions, monitoring NDA adherence, and handling tester incentives.
- Support daily global community management responsibilities such as moderating platforms like Discord, responding to player queries, and managing customer service tickets by following defined escalation procedures.
- Coordinate the translation, proofreading, and completion of multilingual operational materials including emails, announcements, and user agreements in collaboration with various teams to ensure timely and precise publication.
- Gather, organize, and analyze player feedback and customer support data to extract actionable insights and support informed team decisions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree or higher with one to three years of relevant experience in digital operations, community management, customer service, or project coordination, preferably in the gaming sector.
- Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with Chinese-speaking development teams and stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of gaming industry operations—including patch and update cycles, community engagement strategies, and user feedback mechanisms.
- A passion for gaming and familiarity with Anime, Comics, and Games (ACG) culture is considered an advantage.
