Jovie offers a flexible caregiving role working with multiple families as a back-up nanny, ideal for those with experience in babysitting, daycare, or teaching who prefer a schedule adaptable around personal commitments.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide in-home childcare without the responsibility of transporting children.
- Maintain tidiness related only to activities or meals with children, with no additional household chores.
- Care for infants and toddlers, with particular high demand for children under 2 years old.
- Create a safe environment and conduct age-appropriate, engaging hands-on activities tailored to the child's development.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20.
- Paid training and provision of a nanny kit featuring age-appropriate activities and games for assignments.

Applicant Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Experience with child care, paid or voluntary, with mandatory infant care experience.
- Possession of reliable transportation and ability to travel to various homes locally.
- Availability to work three or more weekdays for 6 to 8 hours per shift between 7 am and 7 pm.
- Good communication and responsiveness toward staffing supervisors, coupled with a friendly, positive attitude when meeting families.
