Full-Time Nanny

An individual household located in Moruya, New South Wales, is seeking a dependable nanny to assist with childcare and daily family responsibilities. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise children and engage them in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Support social and emotional development of the children.
• Prepare snacks and simple meals for children.
• Assist with basic hygiene tasks and maintain a tidy, safe play and living space.
• Perform school or activity drop-offs and pick-ups as required.
• Follow household routines diligently and communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
• Provide occasional evening or weekend care when mutually agreed upon.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare, nannying, or early childhood support with a genuine passion for child welfare and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and adults, including clear parent reporting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily schedules and multitask while maintaining a safe, clean, and structured environment.
• Relevant certifications such as First Aid and CPR for children, alongside a valid Working With Children Check or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license for school runs and activity transportation, if needed.
• Respect for family values, discretion in maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
• Familiarity with Moruya or its community resources is an advantage but not essential.
