Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Overview

Become part of Mondelēz International's team as a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer, supporting the merchandising needs of customers by establishing strong communication and relationships, replenishing store shelves, and maintaining or updating product displays. Represent renowned brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Mondelēz with in-store personnel and collaborate closely with sales representatives to maximize product visibility and set up promotional displays.
• Conduct store visits following Mondelēz’s Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising guidelines, including taking photos of displays at assigned stores.
• Use an iPad tablet to place product orders ensuring shelves and displays remain stocked.
• Maintain strong representation, stocking, and upkeep of flagship Nabisco products adhering to company standards.
• Ensure store managers adhere to negotiated plans with sales representatives and report any concerns to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the schedule provided by the merchandising manager to provide effective in-store services.
• Support seasonal sales initiatives, update seasonal displays, and assist with new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic presence representing Mondelēz in-store.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid state driver’s license.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• A self-driven individual with a professional and upbeat demeanor who can work independently.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle to travel to various retail locations; mileage reimbursement applies.
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 pounds, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 pounds.
• Prior retail or grocery experience is advantageous.
• Residency should be within 25-35 miles of Cartersville, GA, with secondary locations including Calhoun and Rome, GA.
• Availability to work Sunday through Thursday.

Compensation and Benefits

• The hourly pay ranges from $16 to $18, based on experience.
• Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan, eligibility for incentive bonus programs, mileage reimbursement, opportunities for career advancement, tuition reimbursement, accrued paid vacation (up to 10 days annually), seven paid holidays, up to three flexible paid holidays, and paid sick leave after one year.
