Full-Time Merchandiser

Role overview

In this position, you’ll support the placement of PepsiCo’s well-known beverage brands across retail locations in Canada. The role suits someone who is energetic, hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable working away from a desk. Compensation

The role pays $25.65 per hour, includes full-time hours, and may offer overtime.

Key duties

• Place Pepsi products on shelves, in coolers, on racks, and in displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Help carry out in-store promotions by keeping shelves stocked and promotional setups fully utilized.
• Work closely with account sales representatives and delivery teams to provide strong service across Pepsi accounts.
• Keep back-room inventory tidy, organized, and properly maintained.
• Remove expired items from circulation so product freshness is maintained.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, professional studies diploma, or equivalent education is required.
• Students are encouraged to apply.
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
• The work involves physically demanding tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• You should be comfortable working on your own and taking initiative.
• Good time management skills are needed.

Preferred experience

• Previous merchandising or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Experience in a grocery store environment is also considered a plus.
