Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer specializing in JavaScript and TypeScript for a full-time remote role. This position involves designing and implementing high-quality, efficient code to train and enhance AI models. The developer will benchmark AI model performance and analyze outcomes to continually boost effectiveness.
Key Duties
- Create, develop, and maintain clean, efficient codebases focused on AI model training and optimization.
- Perform evaluations to assess and compare AI model responses across various domains according to set benchmarks.
- Generate detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation results, demonstrating sound reasoning and technical proficiency.
- Supervise fine-tuning processes by developing and managing high-caliber, task-specific datasets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development.
- Experience utilizing Node.js for backend services.
- Familiarity with Nest.js framework for Node.js applications.
- Knowledge of front-end libraries or frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Ability to produce reusable, readable, and maintainable code.
