Role Summary
We are seeking a Frontend Developer proficient in TypeScript for a contract position, working remotely from any location. This role focuses on creating and sustaining high-quality user interfaces, enhancing performance, and ensuring optimal compatibility across browsers. Collaboration with UI/UX designers and backend developers is essential to delivering superior web applications.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and maintain responsive web interfaces using TypeScript alongside modern frontend technologies.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams to implement designs with pixel precision, enhancing the overall user experience.
- Improve application performance by optimizing load times and rendering processes.
- Produce clean, well-documented, maintainable code adhering to established best practices.
- Engage in code reviews and actively participate in architectural planning and decisions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript including practical experience with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and principles of responsive web design.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, MobX, or equivalents.
- Familiarity with testing tools including Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Proficient with version control systems like Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data interactions.
- Ability to diagnose and fix frontend issues spanning multiple browsers and devices.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
