Role Overview

We are immediately seeking a Front Office Agent / Receptionist (m/w/d) to strengthen our team. This role demands exceptional dedication, a strong service orientation, and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences within a lively front office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving as the initial point of contact in the busy hotel lobby, welcoming and assisting guests.
• Managing smooth check-in and check-out processes alongside handling reservations, guest inquiries, phone communications, and payment transactions.
• Ensuring a superior guest journey by providing guidance on local attractions, dining, and events, acting as a guest experience ambassador.
• Exuding patience, empathy, and a warm demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Collaborating proactively with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction and the seamless operation of the front office team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar receptionist or front office role is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Fluency in both German and English languages.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with creative problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive mindset with a hands-on approach towards tasks.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional guest service and enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned duties and devise innovative solutions.
• Reliability and enthusiasm for working in a demanding environment.
• Openness to using digital tools and quickly adapting to new systems.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
