About the Role
This position is for an experienced freelance writer who can support the training of AI systems. The work involves testing chatbot responses, checking the reasoning behind outputs, and spotting issues that can be improved to raise model quality.
The role calls for strong expertise in writing, editing, and content creation. Backgrounds in Communications or Journalism are also relevant.
What You Can Expect
- Choose the projects you want to take on and decide when you work.
- Work independently on your own computer from home.
- Compensation starts at $25–$30+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review their responses.
- Assess AI-generated output for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Fluent English at a native or bilingual level.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent grammar, style, and brand-voice control.
- A Bachelor's degree that is currently underway, completed, or in progress is preferred, but not mandatory.
