Identify and source qualified candidates for open positions globally with a primary focus on Europe.
Present selected candidates to clients for their review and recruitment process.
Effectively match candidates to suitable job roles, ensuring the right fit and promoting roles accordingly.
Leverage your personal sourcing methods and networks as primary tools to find candidates.
Engage in weekly team meetings to coordinate efforts and share best hiring practices.

At least one year of experience in recruitment, ideally as a freelancer.
Proficiency in sourcing; no formal sourcing training required.
Demonstrated capacity to independently locate candidates using various resources such as professional networks, job boards, Boolean searches, niche communities, databases, and referrals.
Fluent in German and English languages.
Willingness to work on a commission-based remuneration structure for each successful hire.
