Role Overview

We are searching for a highly driven Founder’s Associate to join our leadership team and support the founders directly. This role balances strategic insight with hands-on execution to enhance operational efficiency across multiple factories, ongoing fundraising efforts, and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operating rhythm between the founders by establishing consistent weekly meetings, maintaining thorough decision logs, tracking action items, and ensuring diligent follow-up.
• Provide analytical support to the CEO by conducting targeted research, gathering market intelligence, and uncovering vital data to resolve high-priority business challenges swiftly.
• Create investor communications, board documents, and fundraising materials with meticulous attention to detail tailored for institutional stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities such as accelerators, government programs, partnerships, and key institutional buyers, surfacing the top three prospects weekly to the founders.
• Attend critical meetings, take precise minutes, and manage follow-ups. Facilitate smooth communication and execution between founders, external agencies, legal advisors, accountants, and partners to prevent bottlenecks.

Qualifications and Expectations

• 2 to 6 years operational experience in well-funded Indian startups, with solid understanding of cap tables, investor updates, board resolutions, and their implications.
• Strong skills with AI coding assistants, advanced prompting techniques, and automated data gathering to accelerate research and modeling.
• Exceptional written communication, delivering concise and clear points without verbosity.
• Highly autonomous, anticipating next steps and executing proactively without needing direction.
• Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguous environments with frequent shifting priorities.

Preferred Backgrounds (Bonus)

• Experience at top-tier management consultancies, boutique firms, or dynamic corporate strategy teams.
• Work at leading creative brand agencies known for cultural campaigns and respected brand identities.
• Exposure to fintech sectors characterized by rapid pace and strict compliance.
• Educational background in engineering, economics, physics, or other quantitative disciplines is advantageous but not required.

Compensation and Logistics

The role offers competitive pay aligned with founder's office positions and includes significant equity participation potential as the company grows.

Locations include Mysuru, Karnataka and Kozhikode, Kerala, with flexible arrangements but requirements for regular regional travel. This position reports directly to the CEO and Founder-MD.
