Job Overview
The Forex Officer will be accountable for meeting revenue targets of the assigned Forex branch by driving currency exchange, purchase and sales, travel card sales, and outward remittance businesses for both AD-I and AD-II categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned Forex branch revenue targets through currency purchase, sales, travel card sales, and outward remittance services in AD-I and AD-II segments.
- Support non-license branches under supervision to generate Forex remittance-related revenue.
- Manage Forex business activities including travel card, remittance, and bank notes while overseeing the Retail and Eco partner channel business, bulk purchases/sales, and small corporate sales within the cluster.
- Onboard eco-partners such as educational consultants, tour operators, hotels, travel and money transfer agents, FFMC/AD-II, and bankers to enhance travel card, bank notes, and outward remittance services within the allocated branch area.
- Train and guide non-license branch staff in Forex outward remittance processes, ensuring committed deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Executive (BDE) team to educate and motivate them to achieve business goals through incentive schemes.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements and maintain product integrity across all levels as the assigned Forex Officer.
- Promote product visibility and conduct training sessions on Forex products for both internal colleagues and external sales teams at the branch.
