Overview
Elior is seeking a motivated Food Service Worker to join the School Dining team based in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. This role offers a variety of tasks and skill development opportunities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment catering to a diverse group of people.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare, serve, and distribute food items as part of various department sectors, including tray line, dish room, cafeteria, and storeroom operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management, ensuring the smooth operation of food services.
Candidate Profile
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail along with comprehensive knowledge of food service practices.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in food service is advantageous but not mandatory.
Workplace Location
This position is located within the Hattiesburg Public School District facilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage of $12.
