About the Role
Begin your training journey at the CITTI market in Lübeck starting on 01.08.2026 as a Fleischer (m/w/d). If you enjoy working with meat and sausage products, have a strong interest in quality, and like being both physically active and creatively challenged, this apprenticeship could be a great fit.

What You Will Learn
In this apprenticeship, you will gain practical knowledge in the professional handling of food, customer-focused consultation, and the preparation of meat products. You will learn how to cut, process, portion, and present meat in a way that supports sales and meets quality expectations.
Requirements
- A solid lower secondary school qualification is expected.
- You should enjoy selling and advising customers.
- Good numerical understanding and manual skill are important.

- You should be able to cope well with demanding situations.
