Job Overview and Responsibilities

The Fleet Coordinator role involves managing the daily scheduling and allocation of vehicles to ensure efficient fleet utilization. This position requires overseeing vehicle maintenance, insurance compliance, and registration details to keep the fleet operational and compliant with safety regulations. Coordinating effectively among drivers, maintenance workshops, and customers is essential to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in fleet management or logistics.
Comprehensive understanding of vehicle maintenance planning and schedules.
Excellent organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
