Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join the finance function of a well-established and expanding financial services business in Dublin. This is a high-profile position with hybrid working arrangements, and it reports into a senior finance environment without any direct line management responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across finance and commercial functions to support strategic decisions. Your remit will include financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and acting as a finance partner to the wider business. You will also help produce management information, track performance, support cost control efforts, and contribute to broader planning and investment activity.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant and bring strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial control. You should have a solid track record in financial modelling and analysis, along with confident use of advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to influence senior stakeholders. The role also requires someone who can thrive in a fast-moving, changing environment and maintain a high level of accuracy while balancing several priorities.

Desirable Background

Experience within financial services or another regulated sector would be advantageous. Familiarity with ERP or other finance systems, as well as prior exposure to commercial business partnering, would also be beneficial.
