Role Overview and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to senior FP&A leaders, the Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial insights and underpinning commercial strategy at various levels of the business. This position entails a broad spectrum of analytical tasks including performance evaluation, involvement in strategic initiatives, and executive-level reporting.

• Provide detailed financial and commercial analysis to inform business strategies and decisions.
• Generate and refine monthly and quarterly reports tailored for senior leadership review.
• Help develop KPIs and other performance metrics used across the organization.
• Analyze business unit profitability and identify potential areas for growth.
• Participate in strategic projects across compensation, operational improvements, and expansion efforts.
• Prepare presentation materials and comprehensive reviews for executive management.
• Support market analysis efforts, benchmarking studies, and competitive positioning assessments.
• Assist with various strategic initiatives including recruitment planning and corporate activity exploration.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sectors such as investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical aptitude with exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
