Role Overview
This position is for a finance analytics professional who will lead delivery across two to three finance towers, with responsibility for operations, governance and stakeholder coordination. The role is based in Hyderabad, India, with PAN India coverage mentioned for the assignment. Relevant experience required is 5 to 8 years. The position is open to any graduate.
Functional Expertise
The role covers key finance processes across three major towers:
- P2P: Full-cycle accounts payable work, including vendor handling, invoice processing, payment cycles, control checks, reconciliations and payable analytics.
- O2C: Activities related to order management, billing, collections, cash application, credit control and receivable analytics.
- R2R: General ledger activities, month-end closing, reconciliations, financial reporting and control management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strong operational performance and maintain KPI governance across assigned processes.
- Create dashboards and executive-level presentations for business reviews.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and governance discussions.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Guide, mentor and develop team members.
- Contribute to transformation programs across the assigned accounts.
Digital, Analytics and AI
- Use Power BI effectively for reporting and analytics.
- Spot opportunities where AI can add value and assist in implementation efforts.
