Role overview

Al Waha For Cars is looking for a seasoned Finance Manager who can take charge of the company’s financial operations, planning, and reporting. This position calls for someone highly attentive to detail who can safeguard financial health, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute sound financial direction that helps the business expand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial planning cycle.
• Compile financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Track cash movement, financial results, and profitability trends.
• Create and roll out finance policies and operating procedures.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal company rules.
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.
• Liaise with external auditors and coordinate the annual audit process.
• Review financial information and recommend actions that improve overall business performance.
• Prepare management-level reports and communicate key financial findings to senior leaders.
• Handle investment-related and financing activities.
• Manage, guide, and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Support business strategy and decision-making through financial analysis.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Professional credentials such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA are an advantage.
• Applicants should bring 5 to 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements and accounting principles is essential.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel is needed.
• The role requires strong analytical thinking, leadership ability, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills are important.
• Candidates must be able to handle pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
