In today's rapidly changing digital landscape, organizations need to continuously rethink their business strategies and performance. We partner with CFOs from multinational companies, mid-sized firms, and startups to reimagine the future of finance through comprehensive transformation initiatives. Our work includes supporting the shift towards data-driven decision-making, leveraging emerging technologies such as GenAI and machine learning, and optimizing financial processes and operating models including Global Business Services and Global Capability Centres.

We also focus on enhancing financial planning and analysis, management information, and embedding sustainability and long-term value creation into finance functions. Our engagements cover a wide variety of strategic priorities central to CFOs, areas where our Finance team holds deep passion and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive finance transformation by assisting leadership teams in private and public sectors to evaluate and enhance their finance functions.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations concerning people, processes, and systems.
• Engage closely with clients to implement improvements and solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
• Strengthen your subject matter expertise by connecting with our global network of finance and performance management advisors.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital finance and finance process optimization, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report cycles, with a strong desire to expand expertise in finance transformation and digital enablers.
• Expertise in transforming finance operating models, including transitions related to outsourcing, shared services, and automation.
• Capabilities in designing finance organizations and defining their required competencies.
• Experience enhancing finance transactional processes and system effectiveness.
• Proficient in designing and deploying improved reporting mechanisms, including defining key performance indicators.
• Skills in planning, budgeting, and forecasting enhancements focusing on financial methodologies.
• Competence in SAP Analytics Cloud and participation in ERP and technology program implementations.
• Experience using performance management and business intelligence platforms like SAC, PowerBI, and HFM.

Additional beneficial skills include project and change management, structured problem solving for business process transformation, data analysis, insight generation, and delivering impactful change for clients. Prior experience building and leading teams and fostering talent development is also advantageous.
