Role Overview

The position combines strategic leadership with direct execution responsibilities aimed at enhancing financial reporting, improving decision-making support, and embedding strong financial controls across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance operations and business partnering for multiple divisions.
- Enhance management reporting accuracy, quality, and insight.
- Strengthen financial governance, frameworks, and standardisation across entities.
- Advance finance systems, streamline processes, and improve scalability to decrease manual reporting efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior operational and executive leaders.
- Develop and mentor a national finance team, fostering future capabilities.
- Utilise shared services to boost efficiency and financial performance.
