We are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician specializing in mortgage-related services to join our internal team. This role demands comprehensive knowledge of the Real Estate Owned (REO) and Default property processes, along with familiarity with HUD regulations. The primary responsibility will involve maintaining and safeguarding distressed properties to preserve their value.

- Ensure strict compliance with deadlines for all assigned tasks.
- Possess a smartphone equipped with high-speed data connectivity to facilitate field operations.
- Have access to a personal vehicle and carry basic hand tools necessary for property maintenance works.
