Field Representative - Alcoholic Beverages

About the Role

Advance your career in retail merchandising by joining our team as a full-time Field Representative specializing in alcoholic beverages. You will play a pivotal role in executing in-store merchandising strategies for a top consumer packaged goods (CPG) client across retail locations, ensuring product availability, attractive displays, and adherence to planograms.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out merchandising tasks according to provided planograms and schematic designs, including shelf resets.
• Plan daily visits, prioritize objectives based on calls and previous follow-ups, and organize tools and materials to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with promotional displays, fix stock shortages and gaps, position point-of-sale materials correctly, check product freshness, and rotate stock appropriately.
• Communicate clearly with store personnel regarding objectives, promotions, tasks, and job completion status.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering positive working relationships with store staff to achieve both company and client goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in merchandising or sales is essential.
• Must have reliable transportation along with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with others.
• Basic proficiency in computer software such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Physical capability to lift and handle weights in the range of 30-50 pounds and to stand for extended durations.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary Range: $38,520 - $43,680 annually.
