Field Recruiter

Role Overview

As a Field Recruiter at Career Tree HR Solutions in Chennai, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through diverse field activities spanning educational institutions, local communities, and industrial zones. This role involves engaging directly with candidates, explaining employment details, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates by visiting ITIs, Polytechnic and Engineering colleges, villages, local communities, industrial areas, and labor markets.
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and leverage employee referrals and community networks to attract talent.
• Register candidates and conduct initial screening to assess their suitability.
• Clearly communicate job roles, compensation packages, benefits, and organizational policies to candidates.
• Arrange interviews with clients and ensure candidate participation.
• Mobilize candidates for interviews and joining formalities effectively.
• Maintain daily records of recruitment activities and update candidate databases accurately.
• Follow up diligently with selected candidates until their deployment.
• Meet recruitment and joining targets as assigned.
• Develop strong rapport with local placement officers, educational institutions, and community leaders to facilitate sourcing.
• Work closely with operations and HR departments to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
• Submit consistent daily reports on field visits and recruitment progress.

Additional Information

Monthly salary ranges from INR 25,000 to 45,000. This position is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and requires on-site presence.
