Regardless of specific duties, fundamental elements for success include maintaining a safe work environment, adhering strictly to company guidelines and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style. The position involves continuous movement, including standing, sitting, walking extended periods, navigating uneven or slippery surfaces, and performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds without assistance. The role requires reaching high places, bending knees, twisting, stretching, and stooping frequently to fulfill various duties essential for guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
• Experience: Less than one year in a related role; no supervisory experience required.
• Licenses/Certifications: None required.
