Role Overview
This on-site Fashion Designer role in Hyderabad is suited to a creative professional who can translate fashion ideas into wearable concepts, support custom clothing projects, and contribute to collection development from research through presentation.
Responsibilities
- Study current fashion directions and customer preferences to guide design decisions.
- Build design ideas, concept boards, and visual direction for new pieces and collections.
- Create fashion drawings along with detailed technical sketches.
- Identify and select suitable fabrics, trims, and other garment materials.
- Assist in sampling and the development of finished products.
- Contribute to custom-made apparel and clothing personalization assignments.
- Support photoshoots and help prepare collection showcases and presentations.
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
Required Skills
- Ability to produce strong fashion concepts and illustrations.
- Understanding of textiles, garment making, and current style trends.
- Creative thinking with a sharp eye for detail.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Good communication and collaborative working style.
- Interest in innovation within fashion.
Eligibility
Applicants should have one of the following qualifications: B.Des. in Fashion Designing, B.Sc. in Fashion, ITI Certification in Fashion Design and Technology, B.Tech / B.E. in Fashion Technology, or B.A. in Fashion Designing.
Compensation
The annual salary range is INR 125000 to 350000.
