About the Role

Join Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate and enhance your retail expertise by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the impeccable presentation of fashion merchandise. This role involves managing inventory stocking, merchandise standards, signage accuracy, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment. As a team member, you will actively participate in planning and executing daily responsibilities along with seasonal merchandise updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service including product promotion, assistance with locating items, guiding purchase decisions, resolving concerns, and directing issues appropriately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company safety policies and completing safety sweep documentation.
• Manage stocking and processing of all fashion-related merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor organized and tidy for an optimal customer experience.
• Handle merchandising of non-modular fashion products and ensure proper use and replacement of fixtures and supplies.
• Utilize appropriate signage consistent with merchandising plans and replenish seasonal merchandise promptly.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $16.50 per hour, with bilingual remuneration details also provided (French: "Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste débute à 16.50.").

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
