Role Overview
As a Factory Supervisor at Nexicon Metal India, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will oversee labor management and ensure smooth operations in metal manufacturing processes. You will be expected to have comprehensive knowledge of shearing, power press, and CNC bending machines, and be capable of training personnel on machine handling.
Key Responsibilities

- Possess strong understanding of shearing, power press, and CNC bending equipment.
- Provide training and guidance for machine operators to enhance skill levels.
- Implement the monthly production schedule to meet targets efficiently.
- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles.
- Engage in communication with customers and third-party entities to ensure smooth workflow and address concerns.
