Key Duties
- Clean storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and similar areas through sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping
- Remove and dispose of trash
- Monitor cleaning-supply stock, keep inventory updated, and request additional items when needed
- Handle other tasks assigned by the team
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong organizational ability
- Open to learning new tasks and processes
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
Work Environment
This position may involve moderate hazards or discomforts, including work around moving equipment or machinery and exposure to fumes or irritating chemicals. Safety precautions must be followed, and protective gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.
Physical Requirements
The job can require extended periods of standing, moving around outdoors, reaching to different heights, and handling equipment that may weigh at least 50 lbs with or without assistance.
