仕事内容
Key Duties
- Manage upkeep and repairs of facility equipment including electrical systems, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV), compressed dry air, vacuum and gas systems, process chilled water, and plumbing.
- Conduct scheduled inspections and routine checks on various facility equipment to prevent malfunctions.
- Organize and oversee maintenance timetables and repair operations for facility equipment.
- Supervise external service providers such as housekeeping, pest control, vending machine maintenance, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance and renovation work.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineers during installation or repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment within production zones.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in facilities management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve faults in systems and equipment.
- Competency in maintaining detailed records of maintenance tasks and generating descriptive reports.
- Proven ability to cooperate with team members to fulfill management objectives.
- Willingness to work in cleanroom settings, perform duties at heights, and occasionally work on weekends.
