Role Overview
As Facilities & Procurement Manager, you will be accountable for leading facility management and asset performance throughout the sales market. Your primary objective is to ensure the safety, compliance, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence of stores across their lifecycle. This leadership position includes managing Facilities Managers and the Procurement Specialist, fostering supplier governance, maintenance execution, and continuous service enhancements.
This hybrid role reports to the Expansion Manager and is based at the New York Support Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Facilities Management (FM) strategy in alignment with global corporate direction.
- Prioritize and plan maintenance activities focusing on risk mitigation, lifecycle cost management, and business impact.
- Maintain long-term asset performance and ensure store operational availability.
- Oversee project handovers from Construction to Operations in a structured manner.
- Manage all planned and reactive maintenance within FM scope to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure professional and timely facilities services delivery.
- Establish and oversee a reliable supplier base and optimize costs via strategic sourcing and performance-based management.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for FM operational and capital expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with service levels, regulatory requirements, audits, and corporate standards to guarantee safety for customers and employees.
- Maintain high data integrity in FM systems such as Planon to support accurate CAPEX and OPEX planning.
- Leverage data and benchmarking tools to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Communicate transparently and effectively with stakeholders to enhance services and lifecycle management.
- Lead initiatives identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements across FM services.
- Lead and develop the FM team, setting clear responsibilities, priorities, and performance goals.
- Promote FM competency development to ensure an adaptable organization.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, Expansion, and Global C&F teams.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably within retail or multi-site operations.
- Demonstrate strong skills in planning, prioritization, and analysis.
- Exhibit solid expertise in facilities and asset management.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and performance management.
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Resilient, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement culture.
- Advanced proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and complex projects within matrix organizations.
- Experience leading substantial FM vendor setups, such as Integrated Facility Management (IFM) models.

Compensation
The position offers an annual salary of $165,700.
