About the Role
Roomify Technical Services seeks a seasoned Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial interior fit-out projects across the UAE. This role demands hands-on leadership to ensure projects meet design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Duties
- Oversee daily site operations ensuring all tasks align with approved plans and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage labor forces, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
- Monitor quality standards, progress, and workforce productivity to meet deadlines.
- Manage and keep track of site inventory, including materials, tools, and equipment.
- Compile and submit detailed daily and weekly project progress reports.
- Verify incoming material shipments and maintain precise site documentation.
- Liaise closely with Technical Office, Project Managers, and Clients to ensure smooth coordination.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company protocols onsite.
- Participate actively in site inspections, coordination meetings, and client engagements as needed.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least five years of UAE-based experience as a Site Supervisor specializing in interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Proficient in interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Expertise in site execution, quality management, and control of materials.
- Skilled in inventory management, reporting procedures, and site coordination.
- Strong leadership capabilities coupled with effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and digital communication via WhatsApp for reporting purposes.
- Holding a valid UAE driving licence is considered advantageous.
Working Hours
The position operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
