Executive Protection Team Lead

Pinkerton is seeking an Executive Protection Team Lead to provide dedicated close protection for a high-net-worth individual in Bengaluru. The position centers on direct personal security, movement preparation, advance planning, and live coordination to keep the principal safe at all times. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible example of Pinkerton’s values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide close protection to the principal during routine activities, meetings, events, and travel.
• Stay continuously alert to surroundings and possible threats while remaining discreet.
• Protect the principal without interfering with business, social, or personal routines.
• Carry out advance checks, route studies, and security reviews of locations.
• Plan primary, alternate, and emergency travel routes for each movement.
• Coordinate with venues, residential security teams, and local authorities whenever needed.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to security threats, medical situations, or other incidents.
• Follow evacuation, defensive, and contingency procedures as outlined in SOPs.
• Document and escalate incidents accurately through the proper reporting process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of practical experience in close protection or executive protection.
• Strong ability to observe, assess threats, and make quick decisions.
• Good physical condition, agility, mental alertness, and resilience under pressure.
• Excellent coordination skills and effective situational judgment.
• High standards of discretion, loyalty, and personal integrity.
• Working knowledge of Bengaluru routes, traffic flow, and local security conditions.

Working Conditions

This role requires the physical and mental ability to carry out essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsibilities may include regular computer work, occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, use of office equipment, frequent sitting, standing, and walking, and travel as needed.
