About the Role

The position is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, focusing on sales and marketing within the home décor segment. The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a home décor showroom and will lead store teams to enhance décor category sales while maintaining operational excellence to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance through effective management of store staff.
• Achieve store-level gross merchandise value (GMV) and revenue targets.
• Directly supervise and boost productivity of each store team member.
• Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction indices.
• Engage with customers to increase conversion rates.
• Implement and promote on-ground demand generation initiatives.
• Deliver dealer support by managing dealer health cards and resolving related issues with stakeholders.
• Handle dealer accounts concerning sales and material servicing follow-ups with Sleek, Bath, UPVC, and WT.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all store-related activities, including order servicing and issue resolution with Sleek, Bath, and UPVC.
• Ensure store cleanliness and operational hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Maintain operational excellence within the store.
• Leverage digital tools to facilitate the customer journey and improve conversion.
• Conduct training and grooming of store teams in collaboration with the central training department.
• Lead recruitment efforts for the store team.
