Executive Housekeeper

About the Role

Millionaires Casino Accra is inviting applications for a dedicated and knowledgeable Executive Housekeeper to oversee the entire housekeeping department. This leadership position focuses on maintaining impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily housekeeping activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Create and enforce housekeeping policies, procedures, and quality benchmarks.
• Recruit, train, and assess housekeeping personnel to build a competent team.
• Guarantee that guest rooms, public spaces, and staff areas meet outstanding cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Handle budgeting, manage inventory, and oversee procurement of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Perform routine inspections and uphold compliance with health and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Have between three to five years of experience in a leadership role within housekeeping.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities along with excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a strong dedication to quality service.
• Be proficient in housekeeping management software and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
• Maintain the ability to work effectively under pressure and lead a diverse team.

This position is based in Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana.
