Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Hospitality professional to join our VIP Services team, delivering exceptional service to our corporate and high-profile clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized VIP services that align with individual client preferences and expectations.
• Liaise with clients and relevant stakeholders to secure necessary access permits, approvals, and define service requirements.
• Conduct thorough site inspections and formulate plans for smooth service execution.
• Lead and mentor service teams to uphold exemplary hospitality and service standards.
• Oversee service quality, ensure operational preparedness, and maintain compliance with organizational policies.
• Proactively anticipate client needs and swiftly address service-related concerns.
• Prepare detailed proposals, itinerary plans, completion reports, and performance assessments.
• Uphold strict professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion while interacting with VIP clients.
• Engage in continuous learning and participate in technical training to improve service capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a closely related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within Hospitality or Facilities Management sectors.
• Prior exposure to VIP services, customer experience management, or soft services is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is compulsory.
• Willingness to adapt to variable work schedules based on operational needs.
