Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and remotely proctor various high-stakes examinations ensuring compliance.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and security procedures for all exam activities.
• Promote and preserve the highest exam security standards throughout.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and communications regarding any incidents during exams.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on queue performance metrics.
• Support customer service efforts through calls and live chat interactions when required.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with different levels of the organization's management.

Requirements and Skills

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability and willingness to work in day or night shifts.
• Must be prepared to work onsite as per organizational needs.

Eligibility
