Role Overview
This opportunity is on behalf of a partner company seeking a United States-based Executive Business Partner. The role entails becoming a trusted advisor to senior go-to-market leaders, enabling them to concentrate on strategic goals while managing daily operations efficiently. As the operational cornerstone for executive leadership, the position involves handling complex scheduling, communication coordination, travel arrangements, and supporting impactful projects. The candidate will work collaboratively within the Executive Operations team to foster organizational efficiency and process improvements. Success in this role demands sharp judgment, flexibility, discretion, and a proactive approach, thriving in fast-moving settings and anticipating challenges to drive executive success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extensive administrative and operational support to multiple senior go-to-market leaders to allow their focus on key business strategies.
- Oversee complex calendar management, coordinate meetings, and balance competing priorities while anticipating executives’ needs.
- Organize domestic travel, client meetings, executive retreats, internal meetings, and business events with meticulous attention.
- Ensure smooth communication between executives, leadership, and cross-functional teams by tracking priorities, action items, and follow-ups.
- Proactively foresee scheduling conflicts, challenges, or operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies before problems arise.
- Maintain highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Partner closely with the Executive Operations team to support leadership priorities, enhance operational workflows, and align executive functions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, including 2 to 3+ years supporting executives at Vice President level or above as an Executive Business Partner or Executive Assistant, ideally within technology or SaaS sectors.
- Proven capability to juggle multiple high-level responsibilities simultaneously within dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with confidence in independent decision-making and knowing when to escalate issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust-based relationships at all organizational levels.
- Comfortable collaborating across various teams, departments, and time zones while maintaining professionalism.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is mandatory.
- Preference for candidates located near New York City for occasional in-person participation; outstanding candidates in the Eastern Time Zone will be considered.
