Role Overview
Acting as the primary operational partner for the CEO of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, this position demands a highly trusted individual who prioritizes managing the CEO’s schedule and communications to enhance organizational impact. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, and proactive anticipation of needs before they arise.
Key Duties
- Oversee a demanding executive calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, and organizational priorities across multiple time zones.
- Craft communications including executive correspondence, summaries, and ghostwriting to ensure clarity and alignment with the CEO's voice.
- Facilitate coordination and liaison activities with the Board, senior leadership, external partners, and other crucial stakeholders.
- Prepare CEO for board meetings and important engagements, track follow-ups on commitments, and uphold consistency in executive office operations.
- Lead research and project support by gathering and synthesizing information for strategic initiatives and organizational priority tracking.
Candidate Profile
- Mid-career professional with relevant experience demonstrating sound discretion and confidence in executive support roles.
- Exceptional written communication skills suitable for drafting executive-level correspondence and briefings.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills, leading rather than reacting to calendar and inbox management.
- Advanced technology skills, including Excel and productivity tools, with the ability to quickly learn and utilize new systems.
- Ability to analyze and condense complex information into concise insights that enhance decision-making.
- Capacity to thrive and maintain professionalism amid ambiguity, change, and a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and maintaining a professional executive office presence with a resourceful attitude.

Additional Details
- This is a fully remote position open to applicants across the U.S.

- The salary range is between $65,000 and $75,000, commensurate with experience and internal equity.
