The Team
The Operations team ensures seamless service delivery, optimized workflows, and superior customer support to fuel company expansion and uphold high standards.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Comprehensively manage the CEO’s business and personal calendars across multiple time zones.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the CEO.
- Organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, coordination of venues and technology, and documentation of minutes.
- Arrange travel plans for the CEO and family, covering flights, accommodation, transfers, itineraries, visa processing, and local necessities.
- Oversee business expenses, personal billing, payments, and insurance reimbursements.
- Manage household operations such as vendor oversight and coordinating housekeeping services.
- Schedule reservations, meals, and appointments for the CEO and family members.
- Handle daily errands and special situational requests promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate logistics for personal events, appearances, and activities.
- Administer administrative tasks related to the CEO’s private venture fund.
- Assist with preparing presentations and necessary documents.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a degree with at least 6 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or founder.
- Proven diligence, reliability, and discretion handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Calm and composed attitude with adaptability for new challenges.
- Comfortable using modern startup technologies including Slack, Google Suite, Confluence, Zoom, WeChat, and WhatsApp.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding communication skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
